Kheara Lugg. "I’m on a journey with the King, of continuous shaping and moulding.
Historically, I would have considered myself to have more of a realism-style to my art, as I have meticulous attention to detail and am a personality A-type person by default.
However, my desire for this Potter Series of works is to reflect the work He has done in me over the last few years. His moulding hand of simplicity in my life… To simply trust, to simply surrender, to simply obey, to simply let go.
Accepting the glorious invitation He offered to me in the simplicity of: abiding in Him, trusting Him, laying down my life and finding rest in true surrender.
This invitation is an open one to all…."

Moulded and shaped by the potter, I am the work of His hand….
He the potter and I the clay.
Found in the hands of the Faithful one.
Faithful to provide, Faithing to guide,
Faithful to give peace, Faithful to create a space of abiding.
Submitted – He shapes the contours of my life, detail by detail.
line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a little.
Truly surrendered, I find rest for my soul in Him. Waiting.
He guides and leads.
Who are we, the art of His hands,
that He loves so deeply?
Mould and shape, craft and sculpt.
Let me stay in this place with You, my King.
